Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, however the amounts paid and number of visits allowed are variable and depend on the policies of your particular carrier.  As a courtesy, we check your policy benefits for physical therapy, but we do recommend that you check your policy and contact your carrier if you have any questions. We also bill all insurances for you.
